Absolutely, depending on the existing foundation and surrounding factors, you might be limited to using a thin brick. In some situations, an angle iron can be bolted to a concrete wall to support a full brick veneer.
With the readily available thin brick and corners, this is very feasible. We installed thin brick over top of drywall and with the proper techniques it looks like its always been there. With the proper planning a full brick wall can be designed as a heat sink to store heat from the sun or wood stove.
