EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System)
Wilen Masonry is certified in both the Senergy and Dryvit Systems.
Our standard system for applying EIFS:
- Air/water barrier- Tyvek Stucco Wrap or a liquid applied membrane
- Foam- is adhesively or mechanically fastened with a drainage system incorporated
- Mesh is embedded into Base coat, standard mesh is 4oz. also 6, 12, 15 & 20oz. are available
- Finish- many standard colors with several textures

Wilen Masonry has carried “EIFS habitational coverage” for many years. This insurance is difficult & costly to acquire. Habitational insurance specifically covers residential & apartment type buildings. Habitational buildings are NOT covered under a standard EIFS policy without adding this specific coverage.
